In a typical investment, Zimtu deploys its capital to acquire a resource asset, forms a dedicated management team, and builds value by successfully financing and moving the company through the public listing process.

Since 2001, Zimtu shareholders have received share distributions (dividends) in six companies including Evolving Gold (TSX-V: EVG), Commerce Resources (TSX-V: CCE).

Commerce Resources – Rare Earths/Rare Metals

Commerce Resources (TSX-V: CCE) is an exploration and development company with a particular focus on tantalum, niobium and rare earth deposits with a potential for economic grades and large tonnages. The Company is specifically focused on the development of its Upper Fir tantalum and niobium deposit and the Eldor rare earth project.

Western Potash

Western Potash (TSX-V: WPX) is a junior mining company engaged in the acquisition, evaluation and exploration of potash mineral properties in Western Canada. The Company’s objectives are to define and develop a world-class potash deposit while providing its shareholders with a unique opportunity to participate in the blue-chip dominated potash mining industry.

Triple Dragon – Early Stage Gold

Triple Dragon Resources (CNSX: TDN) is an exploration company focused on creating shareholder wealth through the discovery of new gold deposits. The company is focused on exploration — the stage that offers the strongest rewards and growth potential for shareholders. Triple Dragon has received encouraging initial results from its Murray Property in south-central Northwest Territories. Management will continue to capitalize on this asset as well as evaluate additional value-creating opportunities.

• David Hodge, President, Director - Mr. David Hodge, President and Director of Commerce Resources Corp., has an extensive background in business that includes many years of experience in the management and financing of publicly traded companies. He has been a director of mineral exploration companies since 1996, and has stewarded the Blue River Tantalum/Niobium Project from its acquisition in 2000 through to current development activities.
• Sven Olsson, Director - Mr. Sven Olsson is an accomplished professional with over eight years of experience in the resource investment and finance industry. Since 2001, Sven has held the position of Director of Media and Corporate Communications for AXINO AG, a European consulting firm specializing in communications for companies in the resource sector. Sven has been responsible for investor relations and capital fundraising in Europe for numerous major and micro cap resource-based companies in all phases of development. His network of contacts within the mining and financial communities as well as media extends across Europe and North America.
• Patrick Power, Director -Mr. Patrick Power is a seasoned venture capitalist and financier with over fifteen years of experience as a stock market professional and as a director for public companies. Zimtu benefits from Mr. Power’s wealth of experience as a shrewd dealmaker, an adept financier and as a tireless, results-driven leader of public companies. The company enjoys Mr. Power’s large network of contacts within the industry, his enthusiasm and his efforts as a board member and trusted associate.
