The Sydney Morning Herald reported that palladium for September delivery dropped to US$639.70 per troy ounce on the NYMEX.

Palladium for September delivery, the front-month contract, settled down $US4.65, or 0.7 per cent, at $US639.70 a troy ounce on the Nymex.
