Russia’s Gazprom Able to Meet Europe’s Gas Demands

Reuters reported today that Russian natural gas producer Gazprom has stated it will be able to meet rising gas demands from Europe with its new projects. The company also said that it plans to increase its exposure to Asian markets, according to Reuters.

As quoted in the market news:

Supplies to Europe can be increased via the Nord Stream undersea pipeline as well as through the proposed South Stream link, which is expected to start operating next year, the company specified.
