Tyhee Gold Corp (TSXV:TDC) announced Thursday that that it has entered into an agreement with Santa Fe Gold (OTCMKTS:SFEG) whereby Tyhee will acquire all of Santa Fe’s issued and outstanding shares in exchange for securities of Tyhee.
