Copper Fox Metals Reports 2014 Annual Results

Copper – Copper Fox Metals (TSXV:CUU) reported its annual results for 2014. The company reported a financial loss of $912,959 for the year. In addition, Copper Fox incurred $4,421,802 in expenditures toward furthering the exploration of its Van Dyke copper project in Arizona and obtained a 42 percent equity interest in Carmax Mining (TSXV:CXM) by investing $1,237,025.

VanadiumCorp Releases Lac Dore Resource Estimate: Inferred 111.9Mt @ 0.42% V2O5

Vanadium – VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. (TSXV:VRB) released its mineral resource estimate for the Lac Dore Vanadium Project in Quebec: based on assay results from the magnetite concentrate only, the Lac Dore East Deposit has an Inferred resource of 28,444,000 tonnes of magnetite concentrate grading 1.09% V2O5. The overall Inferred resource represents 111,934,000 tonnes (not only concentrate) grading 0.42% V2O5.

Formation Metals Releases Letter to Shareholders

Cobalt – Formation Metals Inc. (TSX:FCO) provided shareholders with a year-end summary of developments, and plans for moving forward. A Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) on the Idaho Cobalt Project in Idaho is expected the the coming weeks, with the company anticipating that, "this report will demonstrate that the ICP has the potential to produce battery grade cobalt chemicals." Formation also reports a healthy cash position and no debt, "we have sufficient working capital to fund planned operations based on our current budget. In addition, the ICP's mine and mill site have been diligently maintained to ensure that the requirements of all the permitting agencies have been met and all necessary permits remain in good standing."

Sunset Cove Plans Magnetic and Electromagnetic Surveys at Lac Guéret North and West

Graphite – Sunset Cove Mining (TSXV:SSM) announced approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for option agreements of three exploration properties in Quebec. With this approval, Sunset Cove is planing a helicopter-borne magnetic and time-domain electromagnetic survey at its Lac Guéret North and West properties graphite properties adjacent to Mason Graphite's Lac Guéret Property. The Company also announced that Marc Blais, co-founder and Director, is stepping down from those two roles and will be replaced by Mr. Mark Billings, MBA and CFA as a member of the Board of Sunset Cove.
