It consists of 62.14 million metric tons (MT) in the indicated mineral resource category and 84.72 million MT in the inferred mineral resource category.

When the filings are made final, the company will be able to making offerings of securities to a maximum of CAD$100,000,000 within the 25-month period that the prospectus remains effective.
Nickel – Victory Nickel Inc. (TSX:NI) announced that it has finalized a loan agreement for $1 million with an interest of 12% per annum, payable quarterly in arrears until January 31, 2015.
