Ekati Stakeholder Files Lawsuit: Harry Winston
Diamond – Bloomberg reported that Harry Winston Diamond Corp. has said that C. Fipke Holdings Ltd, a minority stakeholder of the Ekati diamond mine, has launched a legal suit to block the company’s planned acquisition of an 80% share of BHP Billiton Ltd’s Canadian operation.
