Platinum – Platinum Group Metals Ltd. (TSX:PTM,NYSEMKT:PLG) announced that hole WB-99 at its South Africa-based joint venture with Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation intersected 25.5 meters of T2 layer grading 6.4 grams per metric ton 3E (1.86 g/t platinum, 3.2 g.t palladium and 1.37 g/t gold, 0.34-percent copper and 0.17-percent nickel) over a core length of 25.5 meters and at a depth of 681 to 706.5 meters.
Moly – Desert Mines and Metals Ltd. (ASX:DSN) announced an exploration update for its South Korea-based Daehwa project, noting that narrow intervals of high-grade molybdenum mineralization and wider intervals of low- to moderate-grade molybdenum mineralization have been intersected by diamond drilling.
Gold – Timmins Gold (TSX:TMM) reported results from the ongoing drill program at the San Francisco mine located in Sonora, Mexico. To date, a total of 28,170 meters over 125 holes have been drilled around the San Francisco pit.

Gold – Aureus Mining Inc. (TSX:AUE,LSE:AUE) announced the results from a 62-hole drill program at its Liberia-based Weaju gold target, which is located within the company's wholly owned Bea Mountain mining license. It noted that so far results from 47 holes have been received.
Nickel – First Point Minerals Corp. (TSX:FPX) announced the final results for the last 8 holes of the 27 resource holes which were completed during last year’s drilling at the Decar nickel alloy project situated in British Columbia. The drill results extended the Baptiste deposit by approximately 580 meters to the northwest.
Gold – Giyani Gold Corp. (TSXV:WDG) provided the final assay results for the 2012 drill program at its South Africa-based Klein Letaba mine. Robert S. Middleton, Giyani's vice president of exploration, noted that a new discovery at Holes KL-19 and KL-20 indicates that gold remains in the deposit.
Gold – Balmoral Resources Ltd. (TSXV:BAR,OTCQX:BALMF) announced that drilling at the Bug Lake area of its Quebec-based Detour gold trend project returned further high-grade intercepts, including 6.73 meters grading 23.82 g/t gold from a vertical depth of 25 meters.
Nickel – First Point Minerals Corp. (TSXV:FPX) announced further results for 15 of the 27 definition holes completed during the 2012 drilling campaign at its British Columbia-based Decar nickel-iron alloy project.
Gold – Unigold Inc. (TSXV:UGD) announced additional drill results for four holes testing two anomalies on the Candelones Extension, which is located on the company's 100-percent-owned Neita Concession in the Dominican Republic. The company noted that LP 52 is one of the best holes drilled at the concession to date.
