Lac Guinécourt is located 17 km to the South of Mason Graphite's Lac Guéret graphite deposit, which hosts a NI 43-101 compliant Measured and Indicated mineral resource of 7.6 Mt grading 20.40% Cgr. Highlights include assays ranging from 6.36% to a high of 45.90% Cgr.

(TSXV:FMS,OTCQX:FCSMF,FWB:FKC) on behalf of Grafoid Inc., announced today Grafoid's joint venture development agreement with CapTherm Systems Inc. to develop and commercialize next generation, multiphase thermal management systems for electric vehicle (EV) battery and light emitting diode (LED) technologies. Under the agreement, Grafoid Inc. will supply both materials and its science for adapting graphene to CapTherm's existing EV and LED cooling systems. Focus Graphite Inc. holds a major interest in Grafoid on behalf of its shareholders.

Graphite – Focus Graphite Inc. (TSXV:FMS,OTCQX:FCSMF,FWB:FKC) announced results from the fall 2012 exploration drilling program on the Lac Knife Property. To test the strike-length extension of the Lac Knife graphite deposit up to 375 m to the South of the deposit's West limb, 12 NQ-sized core holes were drilled and were spread over 4 drill fences spaced 100 m apart. The best graphitic carbon was from Hole LK-12-170, drilled 175 m south of the deposit.
