Highlights include a 3.0 metre interval averaging 5.4g/t gold and an 0.8 metre interval averaging 14.4g/t gold was found in drill hole HR12-242; a 5.8 metre interval averaging 2.3g/t gold and a 0.6 metre interval averaging 12.2g/t gold was found in hole HR12-248.
Gold – Homestake Resource Corporation (TSXV:HSR,FWB:B6IH) announced an equity financing for its 2012 Kinskuch exploration program, consisting of flow-through Common Units and non-flow-through Units.
Homestake Resource Corp. (TSXV:HSR,FWB:B6IH) announced that that surface soil and rock sampling on the Kinskuch project has extended Ag-Pb-Zn mineralization. High-grade precious and base metal assays were reported in samples from several locations along the mineralized trend and extending south of the 2011 drilling.
Silver – Homestake Resource Corporation (TSXV:HSR,FWB:B6IH) announced the completion of 13 diamond holes during the 2012 exploration season for a total of 4,743 metres at its Homestake Ridge project in Northwest British Columbia. Planning is underway to transfer operatorship of the property to Agnico-Eagle in January, as agreed to in the Option Agreement between the parties.
