The Company also announced that to better reflect development plans at the Elk Creek Niobium project in Nebraska, the name of the Company will be changed to NioCorp Developments Ltd. shortly, following which the company will begin trading under a new symbol.

The Company also announced that the following were elected to the Board of Directors: Peter Dickie, Claude Dufresne, David Beling and Erin Chutter. Peter Dickie was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary; Casey Forward was appointed Chief Financial Officer.
