Nemaska Lithium Announces Two Core Patent Applications Published

Lithium – Nemaska Lithium (TSXV:NMX) announced the publishing of two of its core patent applications. The first covers Nemaska's technology for producing lithium hydroxide from lithium sulphate via electrolysis, as well as its impurity removal systems, while the second patent application covers the transformation of lithium hydroxide into lithium carbonate.

Lithium Corporation to Sell Properties to PATHION Inc.

Lithium – Lithium Corporation (OTCQB:LTUM) has entered an asset purchase agreement to sell its interests in the BC Sugar flake graphite property and the San Emidio and Fish Lake Valley lithium – brine properties, to PATHION, Inc.. Also, the company announced that Tom Lewis will step down as president and Brian Goss, currently a director of Lithium Corporation, will become president, secretary, and treasurer of the company.

RB Energy Announces Second Quarter Results

Lithium – RB Energy Inc. (TSX:RBI,OTCQX:RBEIF) has reported its financial and operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2014. In the second quarter, the crushing, grinding and concentrator circuits were re-started and production of limited quantities of EV grade lithium carbonate were achieved. However, ramp up issues delayed the production of commercial volumes.

Critical Elements Reports 99.98% Lithium Carbonate Purity in Laboratory Testing

Lithium – Critical Elements Corporation (TSXV:CRE,OTCQX:CRECF,FWB:F12) reported that laboratory scale hydrometallurgical testing is in progress as part of the feasibility study of its "Rose Lithium -Tantalum" project. That testing is continued from tests previously undertaken at the ACMEMET laboratory in Vancouver.
