Virginia Lawmakers Meet to Discuss Uranium Report

Uranium – Bloomberg Businessweek reported that the Coal and Energy Commission is meeting today with its subcommittee on uranium mining as well as Uranium Working Group members, who recently submitted a report on uranium industry issues to Republican Governor Bob McDonnell. The report is aimed at helping Virginia lawmakers decide whether to lift the state's 30-year moratorium on uranium mining.
