Look Communications Responds to NWT Uranium Announcement
Uranium – Look Communications Inc. (TSXV:LOL.K) responded to the announcement made by NWT Uranium Corp. that the board of directors of Niketo Ltd., it’s subsidiary, has planned to make a cash offer to obtain 33,260,968 voting shares at $0.125 per share.
