Rare Earth – Quantum Rare Earth Developments Corp. [TSX VENTURE: QRE][PINK SHEETS: QREDF][FRANKFURT: BR3] announces it has acquired the Elk Creek Carbonatite, one of the largest known carbonatites in North America, through the acquisition of Elk Creek Resources Corp., a private Nebraskan corporation which, through a series of agreements, owns an option to acquire the mineral rights to the project.
