Arianne Phosphate Reports Management Changes, Q2 Financial and Corporate Results

Potash – Arianne Phosphate (TSXV:DAN,FWB:JE9N,OTCBB:DRRSF) reports that Brian Kenny will no longer serve as CEO of Arianne, and will stay on as a consultant in order to better advance the company towards its primary milestones including permitting and securing a strategic partner. Great Quest Fertilizer Sells Taseko Project, Continues to Focus on Africa

Potash – Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd. (TSXV:GQ) reported that it has sold its Taseko exploration property in British Columbia, Canada to Amarc Resources Ltd. (TSXV:AHR). Amarc will pay Great Quest $400,000 for the property, while Great Quest will retain a 2 percent royalty, purchasable for $2 million at commencement of commercial production.
