Gold – Angkor Gold Corp. (TSXV:ANK) announced the completion of the strategic transaction for the sale of a 8km subsection of its 300km Oyadao tenement to All Solutions Co. Allsol has been issued a new 78 km exploration license and the Company retains the remaining 222 km of the existing Oyadao license. The Company has received the total payment.
Gold – Angkor Gold (TSXV:ANK) announced that it has entered a Memorandum of Agreement with Mesco Gold Ltd. to develop and mine Angkor's Phum Syarung prospect within its Oyadao South Concession in Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia. A Definitive Agreement has been drafted and will be signed.
Concerns about the approaching fiscal cliff continued to cast a damper on trading this week.
Gold – Angkor Gold Corp. (TSXV:ANK) reported that a third medical supply container was delivered on December 7, 2012 as part of its growing Sustainable Community Development program in Cambodia. The container arrived in Pursat Province, eastern Cambodia and was met by a welcoming committee composed of staff, government representatives, and Angkor's CEO and VP Corporate Social Responsibility, Mike and Delayne Weeks. Celebrations were held on December 22, 2012 with over 1000 people attending, including provincial and federal government representatives, local TV and newspapers.
Gold – The gold price failed to catch fire this week even though the US Federal Reserve announced news that was bullion-supportive.

Drilling has outlined a strike of 275m, open at depth, to the north and to the south on a linear north-south vein and 6 out of 8 holes returned highly positive results, two of which contain noticeable quantities of visible gold.
Gold – Angkor Gold Corp. (TSXV:ANK) acquired Liberty Mining ad Transol Mining, owners of the 209 square kilometre Andong Meas concession in Cambodia.
