Moly – Avanti Mining Inc. (TSXV:AVT) received notice from the British Columbia Environment Assessment Office that the Kitsault Mine Project has been referred to the Ministers of Environment and Mines, Energy and Natural Gas for consideration to approve an Environmental Assessment Certificate. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans also gave the Company notice that the project would not require listing under Schedule 2 of the Metal Mining Effluent Regulations.
