Fission Uranium Hits 24.87 U3O8 Over 7.5 Meters at Patterson Lake South

Uranium – Fission Uranium (TSXV:FCU,OTCQX:FCUUF,FWB:2FU) announced it had received summer assay results from 13 holes drilled on the R780E zone at its Patterson Lake South property with highlights including one hole returning 24.87 percent U3O8 over 7.5 meters within a larger interval of 8.53 percent over 24 meters.

Uranium – Fission Uranium Corp. (TSXV:FCU,OTCQX:FCUUF,FWB:2FU) reported new results from seven angled drill holes at its Patterson Lake South property in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin. All seven holes returned wide mineralization, and have resulted in the merging of two zones at the property.

Fission Uranium Announces $12.5 Million Private Placement

Uranium – Fission Uranium Corp. (TSXV:FCU,OTCQX:FCUUF,FWB:2FU) has entered into a letter of engagement with Dundee Securities Ltd. on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters. Under the terms of the agreement, the underwriters have agreed to purchase 8,350,000 flow-through common shares of Fission on a "bought deal" basis at a price of $1.50 per flow through share, for total gross proceeds of $12,525,000.
