With 23 years of experience in financial services and international capital markets, Zhang was among the first generation Chinese bankers on Wall Street working with Morgan Stanley, UBS and Citi across New York, Hong Kong and Beijing.

Ur-Energy Completes Final 2014 Sales Contract

Uranium – Ur-Energy (TSX:URE,NYSE MKT:URG) announced that it has fulfilled all of its 2014 term sales contracts with final product delivered in mid-November. In total, Ur-Energy has sold 517,760 pounds of U3O8 for a revenue of $26.5 million. The company also said it has no plans to issue additional securities or obtain additional funding.

Noka Resources Engages Geologic Consultants for Lodgepole Project

Uranium – Noka Resources (TSXV:NX,FWB:2NK) announced that it has hired TerraLogic Exploration as geological consultants for its Lodgepole uranium project. The 10,400 hectare property straddles the Athabasca Basin along the southern reaches of Cree Lake with an established potential for shallow, unconformity hosted uranium mineralization.

Uranium Energy Corp Reports 77 Percent Increase in Uranium Resource at Burke Hollow Project

Uranium – Uranium Energy Corp. (NYSE MKT:UEC) says it has completed an updated NI 43-101 resource for the Burke Hollow project which has raised the inferred resource by 77 percent to 5.12 million pounds of U3O8. The company is also advancing production permitting for its project and has submitted a radioactive mineral license and mine permit application to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
