Trevali Bought-Deal Financing Increased to $30 Million

Zinc – Trevali Mining Corp. (TSX:TV,OTCQX:TREVF,FWB:4TI) amended its previous agreement with Dundee Securities Ltd. on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters. The Underwriters will now purchase, 30,000,000 common shares of Trevali for gross proceeds of $30,600,000 by way of short form prospectus. The option to purchase an additional 15% of the offering has been granted to the Underwriters. The offering is expected to close on or about June 11, 2015.

Trevali Mining Reports 2015 First Quarter Financial Results

Zinc – Trevali Mining Corporation (TSXV:TV,OTCMKTS:TREVF) announced its first quarter 2015 financial results, which showed a net loss of $2.8 million or $0.01 per share, partially due to non-recurring items. The company’s Santander mine’s operational income for the quarter was $2.2 million on concentrate sales revenue of $25.9 million. It also announced the date for a conference call and audio webcast to review the results.

Wildcat Silver Intercepts High Grade Zinc at Hermosa NW

Zinc – Wildcat Silver Corporation (TSX:WS) reported the completion of 19,086 feet of diamond drilling at its Hermosa Northwest Project in Arizona. Wildcat intersected significant zinc-lead-silver sulfide mineralization - a highlight of which is 485 feet of 3.97% zinc. The Hermosa project is located in the Patagonia Mountains, southeast of Tucson, Arizona, near Regal Resources' Sunnyside Project.

Silver Bull Raises Sierra Mojada’s Global Resource to 4.67 Billion Pounds of Zinc, 90.8 Million Ounces of Silver

Zinc – Silver Bull Resources Inc. (TSX:SVB,NYSEMKT:SVBL) released an updated NI 43-101 report for its Mexico-based Sierra Mojada project, noting that highlights include a measured and indicated global resource of 58.7 million tonnes grading 3.6 percent zinc and 50 g/t silver for 4.67 billion pounds of zinc and 90.8 million ounces of silver.

Hudbay Minerals Workers Go On Strike

Zinc – The Canadian Press reported that workers at Hudbay Minerals' (TSX:HBM) operations in Manitoba went on strike Saturday after negotiations failed on Friday. Members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Local No. 1848, which went on strike Saturday at noon, represent about 12 percent of Hudbay's workforce.
